Terms & Conditions

By registering with or using the services of Albatross Swimming Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your registration.

1. Membership & Registration

Membership is open to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Registration requires a completed online form and payment of the applicable membership fee. The club reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. Payment & Fees

Monthly training fees are ₱[INDSÆT PRIS] per month. Fees are due on the 1st of each month. The club accepts payment via [INDSÆT BETALINGSMETODE e.g. GCash, bank transfer, cash]. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of training privileges.

3. Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable once the training month has begun. In the event of a medical condition preventing participation, a written request for a fee adjustment may be submitted to the club for consideration.

4. Health & Safety

All members must be physically fit to participate in swimming activities. Members with existing medical conditions must inform the club prior to registration. The club is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident occurring during training or club activities. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of minor members.

5. Code of Conduct

All members, parents, and guardians are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow members at all times. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund. Members must follow all pool rules and instructions from coaches at all times.

6. Photos & Media

Albatross Swimming Club may take photographs and videos during training sessions, competitions, and club events. These may be used on our website and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos, please notify the club in writing at [email protected].

7. Liability

Albatross Swimming Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on club premises. Members use all facilities at their own risk. The club maintains appropriate safety measures but cannot guarantee the prevention of all accidents or injuries.

8. Changes to These Terms

Albatross Swimming Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
